Contributor Agreement / IP Assignment (Template)

This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the contributor and Pexo.

1. Contributor hereby assigns to Pexo all right, title and interest in and to all contributions and intellectual property created in connection with the project.
2. Contributor represents that the contributions are original and do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Contributor agrees to execute additional documents as reasonably requested to effectuate the assignment.
